What are your telephone opening hours?

The McGregor Glazing office is open 9am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

How long will my job take to complete?

At McGregor Glazing we undertake all scales of jobs from a single broken window to the provision of windows for a whole building. You will be given an accurate timescale of completion when you receive your quote.

Are you "Secured by Design" accredited?

Yes we are and we are the only Crime Shield accredited company within Aberdeenshire.

What are your payment terms?

We have no deposit or stage payments. We require full payment on 100% completion of contract.

What methods of payment can I use?

Payment can be made via credit or debit cards, cash and cheque.

How do you set the cost of jobs?

It depends on the job you need. If needed, we may send one of our tradesman to visit your home to provide a no obligation quote.

How do I make a complaint if I'm not satisfied?

We hope you'll never need to make a complaint to McGregor Glazing but we realise that mistakes sometimes happen, so if you feel unhappy about something we have done then please let us know. We promise to listen to your feedback and use your suggestions to make improvements to our service.

First of all, let us know what we've done wrong or what it is that you're unhappy with. If we can't sort out your complaint straight away then we will take full details from you and arrange for the problem to be fully investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.
