Meet the McGregor Glazing Team
Lisa Stewart
Company Director
As Company Director, Lisa is at the heart of McGregor Glazing, keeping the business running smoothly while supporting customers and the team every day. Her mornings start early caring for her many animals at home (five horses, two dogs, budgies and even a tortoise!), before heading into the office for a day that’s never the same twice.
From meeting clients and helping in the showroom to staying on top of products, pricing and the day-to-day operations, Lisa brings energy and a friendly, down-to-earth approach to everything she does. Known for being “non-stop and always on the go”, she’s a people person who thrives on the variety of the job.
And outside of work? Lisa’s an adrenaline fan – bungee jumps, skydives and scuba diving are just a few of her thrills!
Vicki Lindsey
Accounts and Admin
Vicki has been part of McGregor Glazing since 2012 and plays a key role behind the scenes, looking after accounts, invoicing, scheduling and preparing quotes. As Lisa’s sister, she’s firmly part of the family feel that customers often comment on, and she loves working in a team that always pulls together and has a good laugh along the way.
Vicki is warm, organised and supportive, someone who helps keep everything running like clockwork while making customers feel welcome and looked after.
And when the working day is done? You’ll often find her relaxing with her favourite cosy whodunnits: Murder She Wrote and Midsomer Murders.
Alan Stewart
Windows & Doors Sales
Alan is the friendly, knowledgeable face many customers meet first at McGregor Glazing. His role covers everything from initial enquiries and home visits to clear, detailed quotes and arranging installation dates. What he loves most is seeing a job through from start to finish and being that one consistent point of contact customers can rely on.
He’s known within the team for his eye for detail, approachable nature and problem-solving mindset – qualities that help customers feel supported at every stage of their project.
And something you might not guess? He’s a big fan of musical theatre!

Our Installation Team is made up of highly skilled, experienced joiners who take real pride in their workmanship. Friendly, professional and respectful in every home they enter, they ensure each job is completed with care, attention to detail and the high standards McGregor Glazing is known for.
